Dinoblade weapons: all 7 swords, in order
The official store page confirms there are “legendary weapons hidden across the lands” — that part is official. What the overnight wiki sites added on top is not: several published full weapon tier lists with damage stats before the game existed, listing blades that aren’t in the game (a Steam forum thread called one of them out by name). Below is what’s actually verified: players find seven swords over a run, in a fixed acquisition order.
How to get every sword
| # | How to get it | |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Given at game start — the Colossal Great Sword from the official description, “forged from ancient power.” | ✓ Steam-verified |
| 2 | Awarded after defeating Kasei, the Tyrant — break the stone rock past his arena. This is also where the old demo ended. | community-reported |
| 3 | Spawns in the middle of the arena after defeating Mokusei the Titan. | community-reported |
| 4 | Found on top of a cliff in Darkclaw’s Forest. | community-reported |
| 5 | Spawns where Dosei the Giant Claw died, after the fight. | community-reported |
| 6 | Between the trees behind the Europasaurus, opposite Akai Tsuki’s entrance. | community-reported |
| 7 | Defeat the secret boss Akai Tsuki — this is the Akai Chainbound, independently reported by two full-achievement players and the walkthrough source below. | ✓ corroborated |
Acquisition order sourced from “THE ULTIMATE DINOBLADE GUIDE” on the Steam Community (a full-playthrough walkthrough), cross-checked against our credited community reports where the rows say corroborated.
The named blades we can verify
- Colossal Great Sword — the starting weapon, named in the official description. ✓ Steam-verified
- Akai Chainbound — the reward for beating the secret boss Akai Tsuki. ✓ corroborated
- Asteron Meteorrend — named by players in Steam forum threads; which slot in the 1–7 order it occupies is not yet confirmed. community-reported
- Resonant Edge — the summon sword: its skill replaces your normal summon with a stronger one that calls random story Alphas (including Mokusei the Titan) to fight for you — details on the collectibles page. community-reported
Is there a weapon tier list?
Not an honest one, no. Nobody has published verifiable damage numbers for the seven swords yet, and the “tier lists” you’ll find on other Dinoblade wikis predate the game’s release — they’re invented. When damage testing with reproducible numbers shows up (or the community maps the remaining names to slots 2–6), this page gets it, credited. Know which sword is the Meteorrend, or have swing-damage numbers? Tell us.
